U.H.S.V. Anteros

About us

We are U.H.S.V. Anteros, the LGBTQIA+ student association of Utrecht. Apart from our weekly drinks every Wednesday night, we also organise other various events ranging from canoeing through Utrecht’s moats to visiting museums. Have fun with us while being your authentic self!

Anteros has around 190 members ranging from bachelor and master students from the UU and the HU. We do not have a hazing so you can participate as often as you like.

Weekly drinks

Usually we would have our weekly drinks in Café Bodytalk on every Wednesday at 21 o’clock. However, due to the COVID-19 safety measures, our drinks have moved to an online alternative. While our physical drinks were open to the public, our online drinks are on a private Discord server. If you want to try out how an online drinks is with us, send us an email at bestuur@uhsv-anteros.nl .

Activities

Our association counts twelve committees, each having their own field of expertise in which they organise activities for our association. For example, we have an Activity Committee who organises activities such as pooling, bowling, pub quizzes and scavenger hunts. We also have the Canal Pride Committee, who makes sure our association has a boat for the Canal Pride in Utrecht. Nowadays we mostly have online activities such as beer tastings, dramatic readings and escape rooms. We also regularly do online game nights where we play Among Us or Pictionary. Check out our other committees here.
