UNICEF Student Team Utrecht

Are you passionate about children’s rights and would like to make a difference and contribute positively and meaningfully to the world? Perhaps you are looking for an extra challenge or volunteering opportunities next to your studies? Look no further!

UNICEF Student Team Utrecht is one of the 18 regional teams in the Netherlands operating in alignment with UNICEF’s mission. Specifically, we are a group of enthusiastic students who organize various events, either to raise funds for UNICEF or to create awareness among students on issues related to children’s rights. This year, all funds raised will go to our current project, Maman Lumière, in Burundi. As Burundi has the highest percentage of chronically malnourished children in the world with 56% of children under the age of five being malnourished, UNICEF aims to tackle the issue and give these children an opportunity to grow up healthy.
