The opulant Julianapark is one of the oldest parks of Utrecht. It was first designed in 1903 commissioned by a banker named Jan Kol. His heirs sold the park to the City of Utrecht in 1928. Situated in the neighbourhood Zuilen, this park offers you lots of possibilities for taking walks, picnicking and some great events and festivals. The park also has a petting zoo, but be aware! The chicken are allowed to walk around freely so don’t be scared if one passes by!
In the park you can also find the Antje Drijverpaviljoen. Here you can get a cup of coffee, a soda or a little snack and it also organises some nice activities in the park.
